In this Service Agreement “CHILOQUIN CAR CARE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to CHILOQUIN CAR CARE. “You” and “your” refer to each “customer,” including each person “Agent” you designate, with full authority, to act on your behalf with respect to your vehicle. This Agreement explains our obligations to you and your obligations to us in relation to the auto detailing service(s) “job” you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification by you. While someone other than the owner will pay for auto detailing services, WE WILL NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICE ON A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNER’S CONSENT.
FEES: Since the condition of each vehicle varies, UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE, THE TOTAL COST IS AN ESTIMATE. The actual cost for any detail service will be determined on the date of service and after the job is completed.
PAYMENT DUE DATE AND METHODS: Payment is due on or before the date of service. We accept cash ONLY at this time.
CANCELLATIONS: You or CHILOQUIN CAR CARE may cancel a job at any time for any reason. Other than for weather conditions, we require at least 24-hour’s notice from you to cancel a job. If you cancel with less than 24-hour’s notice, OR if we arrive during the scheduled day and time and are turned away for ANY reason, A $50 CANCELATION FEE will be assessed.
WEATHER CONDITIONS: CHILOQUIN CAR CARE is a mobile service and performs its service out-of-doors. If weather conditions prevent us from doing the job, your appointment will be cancelled, and neither you nor Chiloquin Car Care will not be held liable in anyway. If and when this occurs, we will reschedule your appointment.
DETERMINING THE COST OF YOUR AUTO DETAILING: CHILOQUIN CAR CARE must see the vehicle before we can confirm with you the estimate for detailing services. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone estimate after we have visually inspected the vehicle.
QUALITY OF SERVICE: CHILOQUIN CAR CARE services help to recondition and restore your vehicle. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. CHILOQUIN CAR CARE will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with us.
INSURANCE, ACCIDENTS, PREEXISTING CONDITION, AND DAMAGE: CHILOQUIN CAR CARE is fully insured to cover every customer and vehicle, and to operate wherever you may need service. Notwithstanding negligence, we cannot be held responsible for damage to the vehicle while in our care. If something does get damaged while servicing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. We will check the condition of your vehicle for any existing damage at the time we prepare the estimate. Additional pre-existing damage may be noted as the vehicle is serviced. We will take pictures of your vehicle immediately before we begin the job. You agree not to hold Chiloquin Car Care liable for pre-existing damage.
PREPARING YOUR VEHICLE: Prior to our arrival, please remove all items from the vehicle. Empty out the glove compartment and any storage compartments. Remove all cash, jewelry, and other valuables. If you do not want a particular area of your vehicle to be cleaned, let us know before we begin a job. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and remove them from the vehicle. We will return the items to your vehicle once we’re finished. You agree to not hold us responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside or outside the vehicle.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO: We do not pull out or remove any seats/equipment, or reinstall any child safety seat. We do not clean headliners. We dont clean seatcovers. We will remove seat covers but we dont reinstall seat covers.
KEYS, OPERATING/MOVING YOUR VEHICLE: Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. You authorize us to operate or to move your vehicle, only if it is necessary to do so. This may include moving the vehicle so that it can be parked on a wash mat or turning on the heating system to warm or dry the interior of the vehicle so that we may perform our job properly.
PERMISSION TO ENTER PROPERTY: You give us permission to enter your property located at the address and during the time indicated on the service order, or as necessary, to detail your vehicle(s).
